Withdrawal Policy

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

You may exercise your withdrawal right by means of a clear statement sent by email or post.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof that the goods have been returned.

Return conditions

Returned items must be unused and returned in their original condition.

Personalized, custom-made and individually configured products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
