These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

The purchase contract is concluded with Fundertable sp. z o.o.

  1. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.

By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase.
The contract is concluded once we accept your order, for example through an order confirmation or shipment of the goods.

  1. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices including applicable VAT.

Shipping costs are shown during the checkout process.

  1. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery times can be found on the respective product pages or in the Shipping section.

  1. Payment

The following payment methods are available:

– Credit card (via Shopify Payments)
– PayPal
– Klarna

Payment is charged according to the selected payment method.

  1. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

  1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.

The statutory warranty rights apply.

  1. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations.

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

  1. Final Provisions

The law of the Republic of Poland applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Mandatory consumer protection regulations of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
