We ship exclusively to the EU countries we currently serve. Shipping to Cyprus and Malta is not available. We do not currently deliver outside the European Union.

We prepare your order for dispatch within 3–5 business days.

Germany: approximately 2–3 business days.

Other EU countries we serve: usually 2–5 business days, and up to 8 business days in some countries.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, unless a statutory exception applies.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to return the goods. You are responsible for the direct costs of return shipping.

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to products made specifically according to your individual measurements or requirements. Choosing standard sizes, colours or interchangeable components does not automatically exclude this right.
